PAPA AND MAMAs2006 homecoming

 August of 2006 me and my family went on vacation to Sulat. This is another homecoming for Papa and Mama who are based now in US.  Nadine and her husband Brett joined us. This was the first time for Brett in Sulat. We rested for a while after we arrived, and when the sun was about to set we decided for a boat ride to tabok for a night swim.

There were lots of parties to go to. There was the luyang beach party hosted by uncle Jimmy and auntie Angie. All the relatives and lots of friends came over. The folks enjoyed the kura kuracha, the dancing til the wee hours, good food and the beach.

We were invited too for a boat trip by uncle Agus and auntie Dayday. Long and very exciting trip. We got rained in the middle of the sea but it was an experience. We hopped from one island to another. Lunch time was in Makati island a resort owned by ate Elvie. On our we back we opted for the other route which is the open sea of the pacific. As we are about to approach Agawan island we saw this huge rock in the middle of sea, out of curiosity we hopped by and take the dip in the area. A bit of info, you will get the chance to see that huge rock formation during low tide.

The send off party was hosted by nanay Pruden in her residence. The usual karaoke, dancing, the chitchats but then again it was fun, it always feel good to be with the rest of the family and friends.

It was a short vacation. I knew Brett had a blast. So am I and for sure for the rest of the family too.
